Yes! Personalized business greeting cards.
In this article, we will discuss using a little known way of getting your customers to fall in love with you that most small business owners are too lazy to even implement! This is one of the many reasons I started a home based greeting card business.
How many times a week do you get greeting cards from businesses? How memorable are these cards? In a couple of days, when the sender asks if you got their card, would you even remember what it looked like?
Do you know why these cards are not impressing anyone? Because they are not personalized business greeting cards. they have very little menaing to them. this is in contract to the personalized cards that I send in my greeting card business that can be sent right from my computer, all for less than a dollar a card. They are real cards, not ecards.
When you send a greeting card to someone, what do you want it to accomplish? The card needs to make them smile and let them know you are thinking of them. When you send a business greeting card, what do you want to accomplish? A smile and to let them know you appreciate their business.
One way to do that is taking a photo of you and your client right ater you have helped them. Log into our greeting card system and send a picture card with you and them on the cover. On the inside, add a sincere message about them. By doing this, you can almost guarantee that they will never throw away the card. They are on the cover!
Do You Want Repeat Customers?
The customer that receives personalized business greeting cards is more likely to be a repeat customer than one that receives a standard card. Why? Because the personalized card lets them know that you took the time to tell them how much you appreciate their business. It is signed in your handwriting; not a copied signature.
