Each vehicle owner would like to have a driving machine that will stand prominent above the rest. Thus, there are a lot of changes that one can do in order to attain the look that they long to have. Now, if you are looking for the most effective way to do this then you can try cheap used rims.

The catch is, this part is not available cheaply. Any vehicle modification would really require the owner to spend a big deal of cash, in view of this; you can always obtain hand me down auto rims in order to get your ideal style and lower the price.

It turns out, one terrific community to live in is St. Gabriel Heights, an Avida Land community located just 12 minutes away from the famed in Antipolo church.

I was surprised to find out that Avida Land is an Ayala Land company, and if you’re from the Philippines, you know that the Ayalas stand for quality because they’re a Philippine real estate property developer which has a lot of outstanding projects.

Anyway, it truly is wonderful to live in Antipolo, because I get to enjoy the cool and clean mountain air. Plus, there’s the well-known May festival, where some devotees even make a pilgrimage to Antipolo. And not only that, I even get to have my fill of delicious goodies such as suman, kasoy, and yummy bico.

Anyway, getting back to my aunt and her OFW friends, she mentioned to me that she has a budget of about P2.5 million. Fortunately, the different house model units I saw in St. Gabriel Antipolo were well within my aunt’s price range. I wish I had taken my camera to shoot a few photos of the houses. Luckily, though, I found great-looking pictures in AntipoloProperties.com so I showed that to my aunt and uncle.

They asked me what’s the best way to get to Avida Antipolo, so I told them that if they’re coming from Ortigas Avenue, all they have to do is take the regular route towards Antipolo, but instead of heading straight for the church, they should turn right at the Elliptical Road and head for Teresa, Antipolo.

Once you get past Shopwise, just continue onwards until you see the Flying-V gas station. The road will fork, so hang a right and drive onwards for about 7 minutes, or so. You’ll see the Avida Communities Antipolo on the right, just before the road dips down towards Rizal.

I was fortunate to have Jhoanna as my guide, because she knows the property quite well, and she’s also fun to speak with. I’m sure she and my aunt will get along just fine.

Anyway, I’ll bring my aunt to see what could be her dream house and lot in Antipolo soon. I’m sure she’ll love the place and will be proud to finally own a tranquil place she can come home to at the end of each wonderful day.

There is this really neat recovery music I came across by Matt Soren the other day which puts a different perspective on industrial rock. He is working on this album that is like a story similar to “The Wall” by Pink Floyd but it is geared towards the progression of addiction recovery. I would say it sounds kind of like a mix of nine inch nails or stabbing westward but not so dark. He’s got some music previews on his site at mattsoren.com right now though it sounds like they are temporary before getting it professionally mixed. I think they sound pretty clean now but then again, I am no audiophile. Anyway it looks like a really neat development already so I am stoked to see it when it is all complete.

It is nice to see more electro-rock like this that is written specifically for recovering from addiction in a more entertaining and pleasant way from someone that has already been through it and is making a difference with it. Besides that, it is nice to have more positive music coming from the industrial genre (if that is what it is) which is typically darker in nature.

I could not see any way to buy anything yet but I am sure that is because it is not finished. Either way it will be cool to get some new recovery music that has more of an edge than most of the recovery music that is out there.
